Responding to Notices:

We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in a timely manner, which we define as within 24 hours of receiving the notice. Users who repeatedly submit infringing content may have their accounts terminated or access to the site restricted at our discretion. We define repeat infringement as multiple notices of copyright infringement from different parties. User-Generated Content:

We will respond to counter-notices within 10 business days of receiving them, during which time we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it. If we do not receive a notice from the copyright owner that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on our site, we will consider restoring the material.
